The defender fell out of favour with Jurgen Klopp last summer and was sent out on loan to Crystal Palace.
But with his spell ending at Selhurst Park last month, the French man have return to training at Melwood.
However, with Klopp ready to part company with some of the fringe stars, the Reds are demanding a big fee for Sakho.
The Daily Mail claim the Anfield outfit want at least £30m for him.
It is said the Reds are well aware clubs will want to sign the 27-year-old.
Liverpool paid £18m for him when they signed him in September 2013 from Paris Saint-Germain.
