Jurgen klopp has expressed confidence in his team after two goals were scored out of twenty-four attempts against Sevilla in the Champions League
Liverpool mustered 24 shots against their La Liga opponents, compared to Sevilla's five, and looked in control for large parts of the game at Anfield on their Champions League return, but could not find that killer third after Roberto Firmino and Mo Salah had turned the match on its head in the first half, following Wissam Ben Yedder's opener.
As chance after chance came and went in the first half, Joaquin Correa pounced to net a late leveller and ruin a first Anfield Champions League encounter in three seasons.
"I am not sure if I am frustrated," Klopp said. "I am happy about a big part of the game. We tried to ignore the result of last weekend, but we are human beings and it affects confidence, but we were really spot on from the first second.

"You have to keep on going, and there is a lot in this game that we can build on. If you shoot that often and don't score then it is going to be a problem. Usually, in a game like this you will score.

"[The] most important thing in football is creating chances and we did that. We work on this like we work on all parts of our game.
"All respect for Sevilla, they never gave up. We had more chances. Even against well-organised sides. We didn't use them, as that is the truth.
"Until they scored, we were controlling the game, and that is mature and is something very important.
A few players could not keep their level from the first half, it wasn't a physical thing, more of a concentration thing. We are in a process and it is my job to talk about it and find a solution."
Tempers were frayed for much of the match on the touchline. Sevilla coach Eduardo Berizzo was sent to the stands for throwing the ball away in the second half, with Klopp also clashing with a Sevilla coach at the end of the game.
"I was not happy about him throwing the ball away, but now we are fine," Klopp added. "They invited me into the dressing room, and we talked about it.
"He wanted to explain the situation around his red card. There was a lot of smiling and no problem."
