Liverpool successfully reached a £67.5m deal to sign Roma Goalkeeper Alisson Becker
Liverpool are on the edge of concluding the signing of the Roma goalkeeper today with the Brazilian arriving Merseyside on Wednesday to undergo a medical.
Alisson is currently undergoing his Liverpool medical at Melwood and a contract announcement is expected soon.
However, the Daily Mail believe the Liverpool have prepared a six-year contract after agreeing an apparent £67.5million record fee with Roma which consists of £58.5m up-front and a further £9m in add-ons.
Alisson has also been linked with Real Madrid and Chelsea but the Brazilian insisted on turning down the moves and opt for a move to Anfield.
The 26-year-old safe hand will become the world’s most expensive keeper of all time at nearly double the price of the previous record fee set by Manchester City’s signing of Ederson last year.
