Lewis has been regular for the Reds U23 rank, but he's yet to make his senior debut for the club.
The England international previously attracted interest from Rangers having been the skipper of the Liverpool U18s when Steven Gerrard was in charge.
He starred for England U19s at the 2018 European Championship, where England failed to advance through the group stages.
The teenage left-back can also play as a midfielder and may find his spot in Jurgen Klopp's Anfield squad next season.
