The Reds won the match 7-0, to seal their qualification through to the next round of the competition.

But, after Jones scored from the penalty spot in the 18th minute, fans noticed the two team-mates engaging in an argument.

As captain, Jones decided that he would be taking the penalty, when the score was 1-0.

The midfielder duly delivered from the spot, with the foundations laid for an absolute thrashing.

But, former Fulham star Elliott appeared to take umbrage with Jones over his choice of penalty taker.

The BT Sport cameras and microphones picked up Jones confronting Elliott.

The captain put his finger to his mouth, and shouted: “Oi Harvey, shut your mouth!”

Just six minutes later, Jones scored his second of the game with an assist from Elliot.

But after the match, Jones sent fans a message that there’s no ill-feelings between the two players.

Jones captioned an image he posted on Instagram: "This is my lil bradda, brothers always bicker. Thanks for the assist."
