The Italian club secured a 2-0 win over Jurgen Klopp's men in Naples earlier in the season but are now set to be without key man Lorenzo Insigne when they visit for the return leg on Wednesday.
Insigne played 65 minutes of Napoli's 1-1 draw with AC Milan at the weekend but will be unavailable for the Wednesday night tie after picking up an elbow injury.
The attacking midfielder has scored four goals and provided six assist in 15 appearances in all competitions this campaign, including one in the Champions League.
Meanwhile, Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that Egyptian forward Mohamed Salah will return for the clash after being on sidelines for over a week with ankle injury.
