It is understood that Manchester United are currently leading the race to sign Sancho from Borusia Dortmund this summer.
The Red Devils have been working on a deal for the winger over the course of the last 18 months.
However, Liverpool have always been credited with an interest too.
Liverpool's interest for Sancho means so much to Alexander-Arnold who want his England team-mate to reject a move to arch-rivals Manchester United.
"If he came to us, he'd make our team better,' Alexander-Arnold told Dapaah in live video chat on Instagram.
"So I'd be more than happy for him to come. I played with him for England and he’s a special, special, special, special talent."
In response to Anold's demand, Sancho sent a series of 'eyes' emoji from the comment section of the live discussion.
