It is 'Very unlikely' that Haaland and Mbappe will move to Spain this summer - La Liga President has fired a Liverpool Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland transfer rescuer

LaLiga president Javier Tebas has said the chances of Spain's top clubs signing Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappe this summer are slim.

The Spanish top-tier league chief believes the ongoing economic crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic will have an impact on the transfer business conducted by clubs this summer.

Both Mbappe and Haaland have been linked with moves to Liverpool in recent months, as the pair continue to impress on the continent.

Although there have been also interest from La Liga giants Real Madrid.

Tebas said: "It is very unlikely that these players can be in LaLiga. I wish they could come, but we have to be realistic.

"I don't think either of these two players will be [signed this summer]."
