Harry Maguire sends Liverpool warning

Harry Maguire has warned his Manchester United teammates that they are in for a big week as they prepare to face Roma and Liverpool

United endured their eighth goalless draw of the season at Leeds United on Sunday, with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side only managing four efforts on target during the game.

The point leaves United eight clear of Leicester City in the race for second, although the Foxes have a game in hand, but they're now 10 behind leaders Manchester City.

Next up for United is the first-leg of their Europa League semi-final against Roma on Thursday, before they welcome Liverpool to Old Trafford on Sunday.

And Maguire believes his side must be better than they were at Elland Road in both games this week.

He said: "It's a big week. We need to improve on today, for sure, we need to be more clinical in the final third.

"Obviously Roma in the Europa League is going to be a tough tie, but it's one we are looking forward to, and then Liverpool at Old Trafford.

"It's a big week, but we've got to go into it full of confidence and try to improve on what we've shown today."
