Liverpool director of football Michael Edwards is reportedly set to leave Anfield for Bundesliga side RB Leipzig
That is according to Sport Bild, who are reporting that Edwards is ‘expected’ to join the east German side in two months.
Edwards, who became Liverpool's only sporting director to date in November 2016, has been an integral part of the Reds' development under Klopp.
Despite speculation around his future, It's understood that Liverpool are still hopeful of keeping him at the club beyond the 10 years that he will have served at Anfield next year.
