Liverpool showing strong interest in Chelsea star

Antonio Rudiger’s contract at Stamford Bridge is set to expire at the end of this season

Chelsea centre-half Antonio Rudiger has allegedly been offered the chance to become "the indisputable" partner to Virgil van Dijk at Liverpool.

According to Spanish publication El Nacional, the Merseyside bigwigs are 'very interested' in the Germany international.

Rudiger’s contract at Stamford Bridge is set to expire at the end of this season and the 28-year-old will be able to start negotiating with clubs over a summer move in January.

Although, the report suggests that the former Roma man's "destiny" is to join Real Madrid as a free agent.
