Fabio Carvalho is Liverpool first signing of the summer, Lfc Rumour understand
The Reds were on the brink of completing a deal for the Fulham teenager in January but the deal didn't materialised as final stages of it was against time.
However, the merseyside club have since then maintained confidence in landing the Portuguese youngster for free in the summer despite other important clubs lining up for his signature.
Carvalho is said to prefer a move to Liverpool with Jurgen Klopp's good record of establishing youngsters in the club's senior team and that has put the Reds ahead of other suitors.
