According to the Mail Online, the Reds are looking at signing Pulisic as a possible replacement for Sadio Mane should the Senegal international leave the club.
It has been claimed that Jurgen Klopp is an admirer of Pulisic, but adds that a deal is unlikely due to Chelsea's valuation of the player.
Liverpool were linked with Pulisic in the summer of 2018 before he joined Chelsea from Borussia Dortmund.
The American forward is now being valued at a €80m price by the Blues, it is understood, and it's unlikely that the Reds will pay that figure for him.
