Liverpool have set a new record for opening day Premier League fixtures
The Reds will travel to Fulham for their 2022-23 Premier League season debut. They'll become the first team in top-flight history to face a newly promoted side in their first league game of the season in four consecutive campaigns.
The run began during the 2018/19 season when Liverpool faced Norwich, and have since faced Leeds and then Norwich again, following their tussle with promotion and relegation, and now Fulham .
