Liverpool were interested in re-signing Raheem Sterling, according to a report
The Reds have reportedly missed out on the signing of one of the former Anfield winger.
On Wednesday it was reported that Manchester City star Raheem Sterling was on the verge of joining Chelsea. According to The Mirror , the ex-Liverpool winger has agreed personal terms ahead of making a £45m move to Stamford Bridge.
And the report goes on to say that Jurgen Klopp was actually interested in bringing the 27-year-old back to Anfield. However, they were 'beaten' to his signing by Chelsea.
