Liverpool should sign Declan Rice and Jude Bellingham in the summer, according to former Premier League star Paul Robinson.
Former England international Robinson told Football Insider that the two international teammates would be a perfect match.
The Reds' interest in Bellingham is well-documented, and reports over the past few weeks have also suggested that West Ham midfielder Rice is also interested.
“If Liverpool are a European superpower they should sign both", said Robinson.
They would both fit in excellently well. We know they can play with each other.
“It is an area Liverpool are struggling in. Thiago [Alcantara] has great quality but he is not getting any younger much like [Jordan] Henderson and [James] Milner.
“It would be difficult financially to get both Rice and Bellingham but it would be a price worth paying in my opinion. They are two brilliant players who have their best years ahead of them.
“Why prioritise one over the other? Sign both. If you can get one of the two it would be great. It would be ideal if you could get both.”
