Chelsea have seen a £55m bid rejected while Arsenal offer of £60m was also turned down
Arsenal are preparing a new £65m bid for Moises Caicedo after Peter O'Rourke confirmed on social media that the Ecuadorian midfielder intends to leave Brighton.
Caicedo has been at the center of speculation for Liverpool all month but Chelsea have seen a £55m bid rejected before Arsenal's £60m bid was also rejected.
Caicedo posted what appeared to be a farewell message to Brighton on his social media accounts last night as he looks to take the next step in his career.
The Seagulls will not please Caicedo's attempt to force a transfer after they had him stay put rejecting offers from both London clubs. They face Liverpool in the FA Cup on Sunday, therefore Caicedo may not be able to play.
