Barcelona to hold meeting with Liverpool to seal Coutinho transfer in Janaury

Barcelona still on the race for Coutinho signature as they look to secure a January move


The catalan giants has posed more threats to the reds lineup for months now since they made their prime target the Reds playmaker.

Barcelona are not showing signs of giving up in pursuit to have a done deal with Liverpool to bring Coutinho to the Nou Camp and reports from the Mundo Deportivo has claimed a meeting with Liverpool representatives to know if a January deal can go through has been scheduled.

Liverpool have had several big money offer from both PSG and Barcelona turned down in the summer.





Meanwhile form Barcelona legend has admitted he will be delighted to see his fellow countryman playing for a famous club where he shone.

Ronaldinho said: “I believe the way he plays will perfectly suit Barcelona and would be delighted to see a player of such quality wear the shirt.

“I like the way Coutinho plays and the type of football he brings.

“Those types of qualities will hopefully help Brazil win the next World Cup.”
