The Liverpool forward won the Premier League top scorer last season, with a huge total of 44 goals in all competitions and all hopes were on him to fire the Reds to a glorious finish this season.

However, this time around  the 26-year-old has struggled to find the back of the net consistently.

Liverpool 1-0 win over Huddersfield saw Mohamed Salah ending his goalless drought for the Reds.

Mohamed Salah, when asked about his lack of goals told BT Sport:
"The most important thing is to help the team get the result and now we are on track.

"It doesn't worry me [when I don't score], the most important thing is the team, so as long as I help them get the result I’m not worried.

"We had four or five players starting in the team for first time. All of us are at the same level so we have to fight [for our places].

"It was a tough game but in the end we got the three points the most important thing.

"In the end we had to fight but we knew that.

Liverpool struggled to hold on to a one goal lead against Huddersfield Town on Saturday which put them second in the Premier League table behind champions Manchester City.
