Maurizio Sarri has said he understands how Klopp felt before his reaction at the derby
Jurgen Klopp was fined £8,000 by the FA and cautioned about his future conduct following his goal celebration in the Merseyside derby where he sprint into the pitch after Divock Origi stoppage time goal.
While Klopp was widely condemned for his antics, Sarri felt a degree of sympathy for his Liverpool counterpart.
"I don't know, I don't know, you have to understand the situation, said Sarri.
"The derby, the goal in the last minute, maybe in the last seconds of the match.
"It can happen. It's better not to do something like that, but I can understand him."
