Liverpool finds Joe Gomez imminent option in the market

Liverpool are swift to land Jean-Clair Todibo following an injury to Joe Gomez

Lfc rumour
In the Reds 3-1 Premier League victory over Burnley, Joe Gomez injured his ankle after colliding with the pitch advertising board.

The Liverpool center-back was replaced by Trent Alex-Arnold in the 23rd minute of the game as he was unable to continue, while the club confirmed that week that the 21-year-old is ruled out for six weeks or more.

And now it is reported that Joe Gomez injury would forced Liverpool to step up their chase for their target Jean-Clair Todibo who can play in the holding midfield and as a center back.

Tobido plays for French club Toulouse and last week Tuttosport revealed Liverpool and Manchester United are both interested in the 18-year-old.

The reports also says the teenager will meet with his representatives to settle on his future imminently.
