Erling Haaland to Liverpool: Player already in England says Dortmund chief

Borussia Dortmund Sporting Director Michael Zorc has said Liverpool-linked Erling Haaland has arrived England

Erling Haaland transfer uncertainty continues to rise this summer with a whole host of clubs, including Liverpool, said to be in the running for the striker.

Barcelona, Real  Madrid, Manchester City and Chelsea are just a few clubs touted with securing the Norweigian's signature.

Dortmund chief Zorc when asked by Sky Deutschland about the whereabouts of Haaland on Monday, replied: "Erling is already in England."

Zorc's disclosure, though, has been viewed as a mere joke since Haaland is listed in Dortmund's squad to feature in their pre-season friendly against FC Gießen on Tuesday evening.
