Liverpool have reportedly made an official move to sign Yves Bissouma
According to The Express , the Reds have made an enquiry to Brighton about signing the Mali international.
The report goes on to say that Liverpool are keen to sign Bissouma, who they see as the ideal replacement for GIni Wijnaldum.
It has also been claimed that Brighton have told the Merseysiders that they want £40m for them to consider parting ways with Bissouma.
