Liverpool midfielder James Milner has taken to social media to issue a positive injury update as he recovers from a hamstring problem
Milner limped off during Liverpool's 5-0 thumping of Manchester United in the Premier League last month and has remained sidelined ever since.
The 35-year-old who has missed the last four matches, uploaded a video on to his Instagram exercising in the gym with the caption: 'Another step closer'.
The veteran was expected to be absent until after the international break and it seems he's stepping up his recovery ahead of a potential return with the Arsenal game looming.
