"He's got a baldy head" - Fabinho gets new Liverpool chant

Liverpool fans have created a new chant for key midfielder Fabinho

Fabinho has been a pivotal part of Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool side since his arrival at the club in 2018.

The Reds paid £40m to bring the Brazilian midfielder to Anfield, having built a stellar reputation during his time with Monaco.

A consistent presence at the base of Liverpool’s midfield - even being used as an emergency centre-back during last season’s injury crisis - Fabinho has played a key role in the club’s recent Premier League and Champions League successes.

With Liverpool part of a three-way race to regain the league title this term, the Brazil international has, once again, been among the first names on the team sheet for Jurgen Klopp, making 16 appearances in all competitions.

Playing alongside Jordan Henderson and Thiago Alcantara in Liverpool's last three league games, Fabinho’s commanding performances in a Reds shirt have led fans to create a new chant celebrating the midfielder.

In a video posted on social media, Liverpool supporters were recorded singing: "Oh, his name is Fabinho, he joined the Reds from Monaco.

"He's our Brazilian midfielder and that's why all the Reds want you to know, that he's got a baldy head.

"And when he plays in red, Fabinho is the one we all adore."
