Dutch side PSV are interested in signing Liverpool defender Nat Phillips, according to reports
News outlet Eindhovens Dagblad claims the club see 'potential' in Phillips but cannot afford the reported €12 million price tag.
It goes on to say PSV would only be interested in a loan move and the player will likely remain in the Premier League amid interest from Watford and West Ham.
The club has now switched to other potential targets.
