Carvalho was on the verge of sealing his dream move to Anfield in January but it fell through at the glimpse of the new month.
It is understood that Fulham could still cashout a token amount from the teenager's exit despite he's being considered a free agent this summer.
Carvalho scored in Fulham's 7-0 thumping of Luton Town on Monday and has bagged a total of 11 goals this season, throttling the Cottagers back to the Premier League.
