Liverpool will reportedly have to pay £51million to stand any chance of signing Sporting Lisbon midfielder Matheus Nunes
Portuguese outlet O Jogo, claim Nunes has been hesitant over his future at the Portuguese capital but first-team manager, Ruben Amorim, has been trying to convince him to stay for one more season.
The report adds Amorim has not given up on keeping the 23-year-old, a hope he has shared personally with club president, Federico Varandas.
