Bolavip claims the Reds are looking to strengthen their attacking options this summer and could turn to the Brazilian to add depth.
The 19-year-old is a rising star in Brazil, but the report adds he has a £50.3 million release clause.
Liverpool do have plenty of attacking options for this season following the addition of Darwin Nunez from Benfica.
