Liverpool have started talks over Premier League victory parade symbolic to their 16 point lead so far at top of the competition

The Reds are on course for a first title in 30 years and could seal it as early as April if they continue with their impressive winning streak.

Although the Premier League leader will not receive the Premier League trophy until the penultimate game of the season - their final home game against Chelsea schedule for May 9 - despite the potential for a record victory.

Jurgen Klopp's men are 16 points clear with a game in hand and have remained unbeaten with 21 wins from 22 games this season.

If Liverpool and Manchester City continue winning, Liverpool would win the Premier League on April 4, if they beat City at the Etihad and they would equally break the competition's record for earliest title win of April 14, 2001 set by arch rivals Manchester United.

The Merseyside club have already agreed a route with the city council due to road closures.
