Former Liverpool defender Jose Enrique has claimed that signing Saul Niguez on a loan with an option to buy is a 'no-brainer'
It has been claimed that Atletico Madrid are prepared to accept such a deal, with Chelsea and Manchester United currently considered the favourites to strike a deal.
But Enrique has insisted that the Reds should not be pulling out of a deal and urged Jurgen Klopp's side to make a move.
"If it's a loan with an option to buy (and not a compulsion to buy) it’s a no-brainer, that’s the reality,” Enrique told Empire of the Kop .
"If he does well – I believe he's a world-class player and he’d do well – you can buy him, and if not you can just have him for the season."
