Liverpool rejected a £25m fee from Bayern Munich in the German club's bid to sign Mane
According to The Times , Bayern Munich have seen an opening bid of £21m plus £4m in add-ons rejected by Liverpool for Mane, with the German club confident they can sign the Liverpool forward for less than €50m (£42.5m) this summer.
Mane, who has 12 months left on his current Anfield deal has been strongly linked with a move to Bayern Munich.
The Senegal international said earlier this week that up to 70 per cent of Senegalese people wanted him out of Liverpool but quickly moved to brushed off the claim after the country's 3-1 win over Benin where he scored a hat trick, dubbing it a joke and insisted he respects the Merseyside club"a lot".
