After declining to compete for Borussia Dortmund's Bellingham, Liverpool is expected to sign more than a midfielder in the upcoming transfer window after a dismal season in the Premier League. Also, Gravenberch is considered to be a cheaper choice than Bellingham.

The 20-year-old  has been a target for Jurgen Klopp, who intends to completely revamp his midfield composition for the upcoming season of 2023/24.

The Reds have already discussed a transfer with Ryan's father and his agent, Jose Fortes Rodriguez, in advance of the transfer window's opening.

Additionally, they have agreed to pay the player's current salary, which would equate to around £200,000 per week. It is still unknown how much money Bayern Munich will ask to sell the player, though, they acquired the youngster in a £16.3 million deal from Ajax last year.

If a switch to Anfield is made, Gravenberch would have the opportunity to become a regular member of the Reds squad for after struggling at Bayern for a regular playtime.
